Mixed bell peppers
1 onion
1 large carrot
1/2 cup spring onion for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
2 chiles (optional)


3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon lime
1 tablespoon sugar
